About the role

We seek a talented and confident gardener to help install and maintain the beautiful gardens we design. The full time role is focused on all aspects of soft landscape planting work, whether in already constructed gardens, or in planting up our range of pots on balconies and rooftops. In addition to this, the role involves maintaining these gardens as they establish and grow to their full potential.

The role requires experience working in gardens and some plant knowledge. An understanding of a wide range of landscape applications, including irrigation, turfing, soil preparation and overall plant health is preferred.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Work as part of a professional team installing and maintaining beautiful gardens
• Provide exceptional client service at all times
• Work alongside landscape construction contractors

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

• Broad experience in all aspects of garden installation and maintenance; planting, soil works/mulching, hedging, topiary and seasonal pruning
• Basic plant, weed, pest and disease identification knowledge
• A keen eye for detail and an attitude of caring for clients and their gardens
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Current NSW Driver’s License, including class C manual
• A good level of physical fitness and enjoy working outdoors
