Country Glass & Aluminium currently have a permanent part time Office position available.
We are seeking a confident, articulate & polite person to manage all administrative office tasks.
Previous office administrative experience is favourable.
Administrative tasks will include:
# Customer interactions (Phone, Email, In Person)
# Data entry / Filing
# Client & Supplier communications
# Sales / Invoicing / Receipts
Skills & Experience required will include :
# Articulate communication skills
# Experience using Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel )
# Ability to operate accounting programs such as Reckon Accounts
Country Glass & Aluminium has been a locally owned family business for 20years, established in 1996, with management boasting over 30 years of experience.
We supply & repair glass, glass window & doors, security & fly screening, robe doors, mirrors & more.
