About the role

We are seeking an experienced Office All Rounder to join our friendly team at Air Conditioning Wholesalers' in East Victoria Park, WA. This is a permanent part-time role and offers the flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments.

Hours required are 25-30 hours per week spread over 5 days(5-6 hours per day), Monday - Friday.

What you'll be doing

• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients through all communication channels
• Handling a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
• Supporting the sales team with order processing, inventory management, and order fulfilment
• Monitoring sales email and responding to enquiries
• Contributing to the overall efficiency and smooth operation of the office

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a similar client service or office administration role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office
