About the role:

We currently have multiple permanent and casual opportunities available for experienced cleaners who can demonstrate experience with window cleaning, steam cleaning, floor scrubbing, restoration techniques and pressure washing in and around the Melbourne metropolitan area and some regional areas, basically an all-rounder.

These roles provide vital support to our operational teams and commercial cleaners on the ground by carrying out planned periodical cleaning services and ad hoc emergency cleaning within all industries.

Key Capabilities:

• Strong leadership and consulting skills
• Develop further relationships with all clients
• Supervising and coordinating staff and contractors internal/external where necessary
• Responsible to book, schedule and carry out periodicals as required across the business unit
• Ensure all work incidents/requests logged into the system are adhered to & completed in a timely manner
• Valid driver’s licence
• Proven experience with operating a range of equipment such as water-fed poles, steam cleaning machines, high pressure washers, gas burnishers etc. is preferred, however not essential.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures
• Sound knowledge of industry-related health and safety regulations
• Ability to operate Microsoft office suite.
• Excellent problem solving and time management skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ensure company vehicles are adequately stocked with equipment required for daily tasks
• Ability to transport all equipment and supplies to job sites

You will have proven hands-on experience as a cleaner or managing cleaning contractors and be confident with periodical cleaning and equipment - windows, scrubbers, water-fed poles, carpets, steam cleaning etc.

You will also be a self-starter that possesses initiative, excellent communication, time management, problem solving and analytical skills. You’re someone who can think outside the box and can come up with innovative win-win solutions.
