About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Transport Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing bookings, coordinating paperwork, and supporting the Head of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Support: Assist the Head of Operations with load planning, truck/trailer allocation, and driver communication, Order entries and bookings.
2. Paperwork Management: Verify and ensure all driver paperwork (Chep/Loscam pallet dockets, PO sheets, SO sheets, consignment notes, and run sheets) is complete. Follow up on missing documents and escalate issues when necessary.
3. Proof of Delivery (POD) Management: Upload PODs to T-Plus and file run sheets accordingly.
4. Ad Hoc Admin Tasks: Support specific customer requirements and assist with general administrative duties as needed.

About You

Prior experience in transport/logistics administration or a similar role (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Required)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
