Job Title: Service Coordinator
Location: Nambour – Sunshine Coast
Employment Status: Permanent Part-Time or Full-Time (Negotiable)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality and innovative supports to our participants, leading a team of skilled development workers, and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. This role is crucial in fostering individual growth and maintaining positive relationships with participants and their networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality and innovative supports to participants.
- Lead a team of development workers to meet individual participant needs.
- Foster person-centered practice aligned with Spiral’s values.
- Monitor and measure the success and effectiveness of supports.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS practice standards and state legislation.
- Develop sustainable and effective service programs for participants.
- Build and maintain strong communication channels with participants and their support teams.
- Ensure all participant documentation is current and accurate.
- Participate in NDIS Quality Audits and manage reportable incidents.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in a similar role within the disability sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of NDIS practice standards and compliance requirements.
- Ability to develop and implement effective service programs.
- Commitment to person-centered practice and fostering individual growth.
