About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Aberlea Inc., you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care and fostering a compassionate environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred clinical care to residents.
- Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs).
- Work closely with residents and their families to understand their needs.
- Coordinate assessments, treatments, and documentation to meet regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with Medical and Allied Health providers.
What We’re Looking For
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with experience in aged care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care with the ability to make prompt, informed decisions in line with policies and protocols.
- Postgraduate qualification in Gerontology or Aged Care Management (desirable but not essential).
- Hold National Police Check and NDIS Workers Screening or willingness to obtain
