Physiotherapy ACTIVE- physio + pilates is currently seeking a casual receptionist to work in our busy and vibrant physiotherapy clinic in Campbelltown, SA, at a brand new location!

Physiotherapy ACTIVE- physio + pilates is a private physiotherapy and pilates practice in Adelaide's north-eastern suburbs, dedicated to providing excellent healthcare with a strong focus on client satisfaction.

The role currently requires 2 days per week (approximately 16-18 hours) and specifically on Thursdays and Fridays with flexibility to cover any Sick and/or Annual Leave on other days (sometimes at short notice).

Successful applicants will demonstrate:

• Excellent phone skills
• Demonstrated PC skills
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• High standard clerical/administration skills including accurate data entry, document preparation, scanning and filing
• High standard organisational and time management skills
• Experience with Patient Administration Software
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
• Previous experience working as a medical or allied health receptionist advantageous

Responsibilities will include:

• Greeting clients, patients and visitors in a professional manner
• Answering phones, following up on enquires and bookings
• Accurate booking, payments handling, receipts and reconciling payments
• Uploading and entering data into our client database
• Managing of practice office stock and general practice tidiness
• Being well presented, have a friendly disposition and a high level of interpersonal skills to be able to relate well to clients
• Being reliable, organised and able to prioritise and multi-task an extended workload
• Have to the capacity to cover Sick Leave at short notice when necessary.
