This is your chance to start on a $15M architectural masterpiece, bringing the vision to life with your buildability expertise. You’ll collaborate closely with the client, shape the construction process and take pride in delivering an extraordinary home from concept to completion.

You’ll project manage the build alongside an experienced team including a Contract Administrator, Project Coordinator, Site Manager and Labourer. The role offers the flexibility to work between the site and the head office, just ten minutes away, allowing you to structure your time effectively. This position has been created due to organic growth and you’ll be joining a business that thrives on repeat clients and referrals, growing steadily over the past decade due to its strong processes, strategic planning and culture.

This role could suit a Project Manager looking for a change of pace, moving into a sector that offers both the complexity and attention to detail of high-end work without the relentless pressure often found in commercial construction. You might already be in the high-end custom space or delivering multi-residential or commercial projects and looking to transition into high-end residential. To be considered, you’ll need project management experience with a builder in high-end, multi-residential or commercial construction. The ability to drive projects forward, ensuring quality, budget and timelines are met is key. Experience in ECI or D&C would be an advantage.

On offer is a salary of up to $220K. The interview process consists of two stages – an initial meet-and-greet with one Director, followed by a second meeting with both Directors and the Construction Manager.
