As a Senior Project Manager your duties and responsibilities include:

Responsible for assisting the Project team on full life-cycle project management duties including business case development, feasibility, planning, design and delivery on major projects in

• Open to Builder Side experience
• 10 + years, Commercial Management, MEP Services, brownfield, live environment essential, hospital and HV experience
• Technical understanding of Data Centre or Health Infrastructure – HVAC, Electrical, Generators, Fire, Security and BMS
• Professional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or construction
• A minimum of 7 + years project management experience, preferably gained within a Data Centre or similar technical environment.
• Contract Administration
• Advanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be highly regarded
• Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills
• Programming/Planning
• Stakeholder management and negotiation
• Budget Management and Contract Administration
• Quality Assurance - Site Inspections and Audits
