Project Manager with a strong background in TMR Construction projects ? Our Client a growing Contractor is seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our dynamic team. The Role As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will lead project teams, manage client relationships, and oversee all aspects of project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of TMR construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and support project teams to achieve outstanding results.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, and resources, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.
• Ensure all safety, environmental, and quality standards are met or exceeded.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on project progress, risks, and financial performance.

Requirements:

• Willingness to travel to regional projects 2-3 days per week or when required.
• Highly motivated
• Proven experience managing Transport and Main Roads (TMR) construction projects, ideally delivering projects on the contractor side.
• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Strong knowledge of relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Experience working with government and private sector clients in infrastructure delivery.
