Your New Role:

As an Internal Sales Representative, you'll be a key player in our sales and customer service operations. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities designed to support our Reseller, OEM, and End User clients. You will handle everything from sales of trailer parts and complete trailers to preparing customer quotes and managing relationships. Daily activities include internal order processing, handling both outbound and inbound calls, providing product support, and interpreting parts. Additionally, you'll manage email inquiries, engage in customer counter sales, and perform general administrative duties. Some order picking may also be part of your role. This position offers a dynamic and engaging environment where you can truly shine in sales and customer support.
