Lead Group are seeking a Clinical Leader for a lovely, homely Residential Aged Care Facility located locally in the Wodonga Region of Victoria!

This is a medium sized Not for Profit facility that provides a fantastic support system including a Clinical Manager, roving Quality and Education manager and 24/7 Registered Nurses and Care staff.

Role Requirements

• Full time Australian working rights
• AHPRA Registration
• 5 years of experience in a management role within the aged care sector
• Leadership capabilities with strong communication skill
• Tertiary qualifications in business or finance would be highly desirable
