The Role
In this role you will be in a pivotal leadership position overseeing and ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical services across both the groups 8 Residential Aged Care facilities and the Home Care portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Client Officer, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, clinical governance, quality improvement, and risk management whilst enhancing both the resident and client experience.
This role has a strong balance across clinical outcomes and operational performance. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you will drive initiatives that improve both resident and client experiences, with a strong focus on person-centred care, responsiveness to feedback, service delivery excellence and financial performance.
Requirements
You will have a strong operational background within residential aged care where you have been responsible for overseeing a portfolio of homes. Your ability to guide and mentor others will be critical in your success developing and implementing key clinical and quality initiatives across the group. It is also imperative you have the following:
- Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) and Registered Nurse Division 1 with current AHPRA Registration
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire teams, fostering a high-performance and supportive culture.
- A deep understanding of clinical governance and quality improvement, with the ability to develop, implement, and evaluate frameworks that ensure safety, compliance, and high standards of care across both Residential and Home Care services.
- Excellent risk management skills, with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate clinical and operational risks.
- A strong background in operational and financial management to ensure efficient service delivery and the achievement of financial performance targets without compromising care quality.
- Strategic planning and execution abilities for developing and implementing clinical operations strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- A focus on resident and client centred care, with a commitment to improving satisfaction levels and responding effectively to feedback.
