We are seeking reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hands to join our team. You will assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, support food preparation tasks, and ensure that kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dishwashing & Cleaning: Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. Ensure that all items are cleaned and sanitized properly.
• Food Preparation Assistance: Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling dishes.
• Kitchen Organization: Keep the kitchen clean and organized by tidying up workspaces, storing ingredients properly, and ensuring stock is rotated and used efficiently.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure kitchen equipment is clean and in working order, reporting any damage or malfunctions to the kitchen supervisor.
• Stocking & Inventory Support: Help with receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and maintaining a well-organized storeroom.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
