About the role

We are seeking a Kitchen Attendant - Level 2 to join our team at Waves on the Beach in Frankston, VIC 3199. This is a casual position where you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and service of food in our busy beachside restaurant.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting in the preparation, cooking and presentation of a variety of dishes
• Majority of work will be deep frying
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
• Following all food safety and hygiene procedures
• Providing excellent customer service to diners
• Undertaking general kitchen duties as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Immediate start
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
