About the role

A great opportunity has become available for Deli Staff to join the opening team at Amalfi Fresh Pasta, the newest concept from Arno Tan (Cinque Terre), David Mackintosh (Lee Ho Fook) and Susie Wong (Maguro).

What you'll be doing

• Serving a variety of freshly made pasta, sauces and other Italian delicacies
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment in the deli area
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Following all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Supporting the wider kitchen team as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar deli or food service role, preferably in the Hospitality & Tourism industry
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A flexible and collaborative approach to work
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures

About us

Amalfi Fresh Pasta is the newest addition to the Cinque Terre brand. The flagship store will open on 27th March in the Market Pavilion - Chadstone's answer to Melbourne's thriving market scene.
Fresh pasta and sauces to heat at home will be our main business, backed up with some Italian favourites and a quick-eat pasta bar seating approximately 70.
