As such, they are seeking an experienced and skilled quality assurance specialist to allow continued success. In your role, you will provide Quality Assurance reviews, apply strategy and identify areas of opportunity.

Position Details:

• Conduct quality assurance reviews of end-to-end file management in line with the Quality Assurance Framework.
• Identify risks and opportunities by analysing portfolio performance and data insights.
• Maintain the continuous improvement register and drive initiatives for process enhancement.
• Ensure high data integrity across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Rehabilitation Consultants and Administration Assistants to develop effective processes and foster strong working relationships.
• Support compliance with insurer and regulatory requirements.
• Leverage customer experience tools to enhance rehabilitation and return-to-work outcomes.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries and complaints.

About you:

• Ideally 5 years of recent experience in the workers' compensation industry, including insurer experience.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and impeccable literacy skills.
• Strong background in business support roles (highly regarded).
• Data-savvy with the ability to extract and interpret key insights.
• Thrives under pressure, delivering to deadlines with efficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Case Management software is an advantage.
