About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team at KW Wholesale Stationers Pty Ltd. As a full-time role based in Allenby Gardens, SA, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued client base, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth across our diverse product range.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, building and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients
• Understand client needs and pain points, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through strategic account management and new business development
• Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase our product range and services
• Collaborate cross-functionally with our marketing, operations and logistics teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Provide valuable insights and feedback to the leadership team to inform our sales and business strategies

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales account management or business development role, preferably within the wholesale or B2B services industry
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a solutions-oriented approach
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the growth and success of the business
