We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Manager / Sales Executive to join our growing team.

As an Account Manager / Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth for our printing and signage services. You will work closely with our production and design teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Understand client needs and provide customized printing and signage solutions.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts to clients.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the printing, signage, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of printing and signage products, materials, and processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in estimating, design software and spreadsheet.
