🎯 Roles & Responsibilities

🔧 Technical Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and other tracking tools.
  • Manage bid strategies, A/B testing, and audience segmentation for improved ROI.
  • Implement tracking solutions, including UTMs, pixels, and conversion APIs, to enhance data accuracy.

📊 Functional Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present campaign strategies and insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad content aligns with campaign objectives.
  • Optimize campaign budgets and allocate spend efficiently across platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.

🔍 Skills & Experience Required

💼 Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in performance marketing, PPC, or paid social advertising.
  • Proven track record in managing and scaling digital ad campaigns.
  • Experience working in an agency environment is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid platforms.

🛠️ Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to develop and execute multi-channel digital strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
🎓 Bonus
  • Google Ads Certification is a strong advantage.
