About the role

KW Kitchens and Interiors is seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker - Draftsperson to join our team in Bendigo. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in cabinet making to create high-quality custom-built interiors for our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and drafting detailed cabinet and furniture plans using CAD software - From draft to CNC ready
• Have the ability to assist in the factory fabricating, assembling and installing custom kitchen cabinets, vanities, wardrobes and other bespoke joinery
• Collaborating with clients to understand their design requirements and provide creative and functional solutions
• Ensuring all work meets industry standards and client specifications
• Maintaining a safe and organised workshop environment
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members

What we're looking for

• Formal qualification in Cabinet Making / Joiner
• Demonstrated experience in cabinet design, fabrication and installation
• Proficiency in using CAD software for design and drafting
• MS office Experience - Outlook, Word, Excel
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent client-facing and communication abilities
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach
• A commitment to workplace health and safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A valid drivers licence.
• A construction induction white card
