What we need from our Cabinet Maker & Site Installer?

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker / Joiner to join our team. You will be responsible for manufacturing detailed joinery to exact specifications while upholding exceptional quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, independence, and a commitment to safety. Occasional installation work may be required.

Responsibilities:

✅ Manufacturing detailed joinery from plans and specifications
✅ Ensuring quality and timley execution in all aspects of joinery production
✅ Adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining a clean, hazard-free workspace
✅ Collaborating with the team to meet project deadlines
✅ Working independently to complete assigned tasks efficiently
✅ Occasionally assisting with installations to ensure precision fit-outs
✅ Communicating effectively with supervisors and colleagues on project progress

What we need from you?

• Contract based services but there is a steady stream of work
• Standard days are Monday to Thursday with after hours work required when the job demands
• Full NSW Drivers Licence
• Own Tools required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Shopfitting Cabinet Maker & Site Installer or similar role, with a strong focus on shopfitting projects.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in carpentry, including cutting, shaping, and fitting various materials.
• Specific experience in shopfitting, including the installation of fixtures, cabinetry, shelving, and signage.
• Willingness to travel to different locations in NSW as required by the project.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, codes, and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with project stakeholders and clients.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy materials.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Carpentry qualifications or certifications are highly desirable.
