We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly organised Warehouse Leading Hand to join our team in Fairfield, Victoria. This individual will be responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager in the smooth day to day operations.

Working within a small, relaxed, close-knit team, the successful candidate will be a naturally positive person with great people skills. Problem solving, attention to detail and good communication skills are also a must. Candidates will need to show experience in warehousing and distribution processes to be considered for the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fulfilment for all domestic and international orders.
• Working with the warehouse team, ensuring packaging is kept to a high standard and orders are filled accurately.
• Efficient, timely and appropriate communications to customers.
• Management of customer returns and stock management.
• Assist with receiving stock, storage, stock organisation, picking and packing and dispatching functions.
• Work closely with our Warehouse Manager to ensure all wholesale orders are dispatched efficiently and to order requests.
• This is a full-time position 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, based in Fairfield Victoria.

• Efficiency of picking and packing orders.
• Minimisation of stock loss
• Assisting Warehouse Manager with assigned duties.
• Warehouse presentation

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Written and verbal communication skills
• Critical thinking
• Organisational skills and attention to detail
• Computer literacy
• Forklift licence (or willing to obtain)
