Meraki Care Services is a rapidly growing Disability Support provider, currently seeking experienced Female candidates for Disability Support Worker roles in Caboolture area.

These positions involve providing high-quality care and assistance to individuals living with disabilities in Supported Independent Living accommodations located in Caboolture area.

The 24-hour care model requires staff to work morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts as part of a rotating roster.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assistance with clients' daily living activities and social outings per participants daily activity schedule.
• Management and Administration of medication
• Implementation of Individual Care Plans and Behaviour Support Strategies
• Support clients' mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
• General household tasks including cleaning, laundry, bedmaking, meal preparation.
• Complete Client documentation and reporting as appropriate
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of clients.

To succeed in this role, you would need to possess:

• A minimum 6 month experience supporting individuals with Disability
• Australian Drivers License
• First Aid Certificate
• CPR
• NDIS Workers Screening Check (Yellow Card)
• Reliable Smart Phone with Data
• Available for day shifts and overnight shifts
• Patient, flexible and understanding.
• Experience or interest in the Management of complex behaviors
• Reliable and adaptable to work with range of clients.
• Commitment to the rights of people with disabilities to live dignified lives.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to cope with the physical demands of the job.
