About the role
All phone repairs is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Phone Repairs Technician & Sales professional to join our growing team in Kilmore, VIC. This full-time role will involve providing high-quality Phone's, Laptop's, ipad's and Tablet's repair service as well as assisting customers with sales and product inquiries.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of mobile phones and tablet devices
• Perform screen replacements, battery replacements, and other common phone repairs
• Assist customers with accessories selection and sales inquiries
• Maintain a professional and organised workshop environment
• Stay up-to-date with the latest phone repair techniques and technologies
• Maintain professional relationship with customers and build connections with local clients

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in mobile phone repairs and sales
• Strong technical skills and ability to diagnose and repair a range of phone and Tablet models
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for problem-solving
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work independently and in team if needed.
• Cert IV in telecommunication and electronics is preferred but no essential
