We Are Looking For:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Gmail and Docs and excellent touch-typing skills (over 55 wpm).
- Exceptional communication and phone etiquette.
- Organized and efficient in managing tasks and operations.
- Professional Skills:
- Prior experience in medical administration, particularly in a surgical or orthopaedic setting, would be highly valued.
- Ability to manage staff and rosters and oversee the smooth operation of consulting clinics.
- Knowledge of billing processes, including Medicare, DVA, WorkCover and Private Health Insurance.
- Sales experience or Marketing knowledge would be advantageous
- Advanced computer skills would be highly valued
