What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing bookings and appointments with a smile
• Taking payments and processing Medicare claims
• Handling referrals and coordinating patient care
• Giving patients clear post-op procedure info
• Keeping patient files updated and staying on top of filing
• Using Medilink software for all patient records
• Taking care of the day-to-day clinic duties

About You:

✅ Experienced in Medical Reception or Practice Management – ideally in a specialist or GP clinic
✅ Skilled with Medilink software (or quick to learn!)
✅ Organised, efficient, and on the ball
✅ Warm, friendly, and great with patients
✅ A top communicator with strong attention to detail
