We are excited to announce an opening for a Community Leader to join our esteemed team at Village Early Education Maiden Gully. Our facility is a state-of-the-art Long Day Care Centre, featuring six thoughtfully designed rooms, including a government-funded kindergarten program for three and four-year-old children. Additionally, we take pride in our expansive onsite kitchen, where our talented chef prepares a selection of nutritious and delicious meals for all children in our care. This is a unique leadership role developed within Village Early Education enables tailored mentoring for on floor employees, autonomy in your leadership style and experience in overall centre management. This is the perfect pathway for those considering advancement in their career.
As a member of our management team, you will work closely with the Centre Manager and collaboratively with the existing Community Leader.

The ideal candidate will bring;
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum)
- Managerial experience in Early Education
- Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis
- Sound understanding of the National Quality Framework
- Strong communication skills
