About us

The Patch Cafe is a well established popular breakfast Cafe in the centre of Mullumbimby. The owner is on site regularly and the team works very closely to ensure the quality of the coffee and the food is kept at a high standard. The business runs as a tight ship and we are looking for someone with a relaxed nature and a real interest in creating good meals and food experiences that make the most of the region's incredible produce.

Qualifications & experience

• Must have extensive cooking experience if not an actual qualified Chef. Must have care for food and understanding of how to manage stock and not waste food. Must be super clean and organised to run this small team. Must be polite and confident.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Cooking basic breakfast Menu. Ordering stock. Food preparation. Cleaning schedule and stock control / costings. Create daily specials. Work in a small busy team and support each other to enjoy the Cafe. Clean tidy professional stable sane helpful honest people need only apply. No drugs please
