About the role

Kurri Kurri Bowling Club is searching for a passionate and skilled Casual Cook / Chef to join our dynamic team. As a casual member of our culinary crew, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our valued members and guests. This is a casual role with the opportunity to work a flexible schedule.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and cooking a variety of delicious meals, from classic club favourites to modern cuisine
• Maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation and service
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and timely meal delivery
• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Contributing to a positive and professional kitchen environment

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Cook or Chef in a hospitality environment
• Excellent knowledge of food preparation, presentation and service
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen
• Commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
• Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of our members and guests
