Are you an experienced Venue Manager looking for a flexible and rewarding role? Longford RSL Memorial Club is seeking a motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic Venue Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee bar service and manage daily operations
• Ensure high standards of customer service and provide a welcoming environment
• Mange events and functions as required
• Perform some cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure the bar/venue remains tidy and well-presented
• Handle cash, till operations, and stock control
• Ensure RSA compliance and promote responsible service of alcohol

Requirements:

• RSA certification required
• Previous bar/venue management or relevant experience is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage events and functions efficiently
• Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends

Hours of Work:

• Wednesday: 3.30 PM – Close
• Thursday: 3.30 PM – Close
• Friday: 3.30 PM – Close
• Additional hours for functions as required
