The Club Supervisor at The Cliff Dive plays a crucial role in assisting the Venue Manager with the overall management of the venue. This on-service position is essential for ensuring compliance, maintenance, and staff coordination.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Compliance of Venue:
- Collaborating with the Venue Manager and security team to maintain a safe venue in accordance with our house policies, plan of management, and licensing regulations.
- Holding a valid NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
- Enforcing venue safety protocols by refusing entry to or removing patrons when necessary to ensure a secure environment.
- Assisting in directing the security team and promptly reporting any incidents.
Venue Maintenance:
- Supporting the Venue Manager in ensuring the venue is maintained to the high standards set by MUCHO.
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues to the Venue Manager that require professional attention.
- Collaborating with the Bar Supervisor to ensure bars, storage areas, and staff areas are well-maintained.
- Providing on-service assistance to the Venue Manager in addressing maintenance issues that arise during operations.
Staff
- Organizing staff outings and team bonding events to foster a positive work environment.
- Maintaining an up-to-date staff birthday list to acknowledge and celebrate team members.
Reporting
- Completing sections of the nightly report pertaining to the areas managed during the shift.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous Experience
- Previous experience in a high volume nightclub preferred.
- Weekend availability is required.
