• Supervise and coordinate production teams to ensure targets are met.
• Monitor production processes and identify improvement areas.
• Implement quality control measures for consistent product standards.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to address production issues.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Successful Candidate Will Have:

• Prior experience in manufacturing or production environment with an interest in leading a team.
• Understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
