Due to continuous growth and planned expansion, we are seeking an outstanding person with proven experience in manufacturing to join our team.

This role would suit either an experienced supervisor or a leading hand who wants to embrace a new challenge and make their mark. You would be supervising a team running producing one product line but interchangeable with other supervisors in other production areas to cover each other.

Mentoring, leadership and attention to detail are essential skills for this hands-on role.

About You

5+ years relevant experience in a Manufacturing / Processing industry is essential.

Proven experience and solid knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and Quality Management Systems

Proven experience with production in a fast paced FMCG/Packaging environment highly desirable.

Experience in a 2IC or supervisory position, operating autonomously, delivering measurable outcomes & improvement.

Strong leadership skills, with the capability to make decisions & communicate effectively across areas of accountability.

The ability to motivate & continuously train and upskill line staff as well as driving continuous improvement initiatives in your area.

Experience in leading, developing, engaging and motivating a team.

Ability to manage work schedules unsupervised

Computer skills are essential, including excel.
