Your Role at St John of God Murdoch Hospital

You will be an experienced Senior Emergency Registrar able to provide specialist emergency services to adult and paediatric patients under the guidance of consultant staff.

We have full time/part time and casual roles available.

The Position

• Treats Emergency Department (ED) patients carrying out procedures within capabilities and experience.
  
• Ensures a relevant history and physical examination have been conducted on each patient and ensures all patient management documentation is completed.
  
• Develop and refine skills in team leadership
  
• Develop skills and experience working at FACEM level
  
• Engage in non-clinical portfolios
  
• Liaises with on-call consultants regarding departmental concerns.
  
• Participates in after-hours and weekend rosters.

You will be eligible for registration as a medical practitioner with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA) and intending to undertake Australasian College of Emergency Medicine Fellowship exams within six months of starting the role.

• Salary: $176,691 - $185,418 per annum, plus 11.5% superannuation
