Cara Group is a fast-growing Australian business with a passion for making our customers’ lifestyles awesome. We operate in the pet care and swimming pool care retail categories. We are looking for a customer focussed individual to fill a role responsible for our pool care customers and special projects that are designed to take Cara Group to the next level.
This role is in 2 parts:
CUSTOMER SERVICE & ADMINISTRATION
Customer service and administration are a key part of this role. Dealing with customers by email, phone, online chat and social media is a daily part of the job. As online stores are part of our company, our customers expect quick, efficient responses to their enquiries. Administrative tasks include the coordination of orders, liaising with the warehouse, suppliers, and delivery drivers, updating content on our website, stock control and data entry. Product training will be available, but this role will suit an individual with an interest in DIY and/or swimming pools.
SPECIAL PROJECTS
This role will work closely with our leadership team to execute high-priority projects aligned with the Cara Group’s strategic goals and operational improvements.
Essential Criteria
- Impeccable organisation and time management skills
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and Outlook
- Extensive customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience working unsupervised and as part of a team
- Project management skills with a proven track record of delivering results
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in accurate data entry
Desirable criteria
- Previous experience processing orders
- Previous experience working in an online environment
- Knowledge of social media
Our office and warehouse is located in Campbelltown.
