About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the customer service team at Livingstone International Pty Ltd as a full-time Customer Service Officer based in Mascot, NSW. In this role, you will be the friendly face of the company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our growing client base.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Provide accurate information about the company's products and services
- Process customer orders, returns and other transactions accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the administrative or office support industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries and situations
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and MS Office applications
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
