What You'll Do:

• Delivering high-quality service to customers via phone, email, website, or social media in a prompt and professional manner.
• Operating within a team environment to uphold our policies and procedures and meet customers' needs.
• Supporting with Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Perform general office duties, including filing and data entry.
• Assisting customers over the phone with warranty claims, troubleshooting, and coordinating technician dispatch.
  

Who You Are:

• Excellent customer service skills, with problem-solving abilities and a pleasant phone manner.
• Self-motivated individuals with keen attention to detail and a knack for quickly mastering new systems.
• Demonstrate empathy, passion, and a strong willingness to assist.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is a plus.
