Admin & Data Entry Role – Support a Child-Focused NFP

About the Role:
- 6 weeks annual leave (30 days) - two weeks more than standard!
- 35 hours per week
- 70% data entry processing referral forms (paper to Excel) with accuracy and efficiency.
- 30% admin support by assisting a small, passionate team with general tasks.
- Excel expertise to be used daily to manage & organise critical information.
- Answer phone calls providing friendly, professional support while maintaining confidentiality.
- Handle sensitive information that requires discretion, resilience, & attention to detail
- Immediate start available to join a team making a real difference!

About You:
- You’re efficient, adaptable, and ready to dive into meaningful work.
- Typing speed & accuracy.
- Skilled in Excel & comfortable with data-heavy tasks
- Organised, methodical, and can handle repetitive yet essential work
- Able to adapt to shifting priorities & support the wider team
- Looking for a non-child-facing role but still passionate about making a difference
- Great with routine but love variety in tasks.
- Calm & professional – handling sensitive content with care.
- WWCC required (or willing to get one).
Child Safeguarding:
Looking for an individual that will understand, adhere to, and promote The National Principles for Child Safe Organisations (the Child Safe Standards). In your position, you will help to take action to promote child wellbeing and prevent harm to children and young people.
Child safeguarding methods for this position, include, but are not limited to:
- A NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
- Thorough screening.
- Reference checks.
- A national criminal history check.
