Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales & Admin Assistant to join our team. The role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and multitasking skills. The position is centred around providing efficient support for our office, handling inquires and managing client communications.

This role would be suitable for a skilled Administrative Assistant or someone who is looking for a customer support or administration role.

This is a able to be a part time role, hours can be agreed around school pick up and drop off times.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Sales & Design team with quoting, basic project and CRM management. Manage office supplies and inventory as well as general day to day office duties.

Client Communication: First point of contact for incoming calls, emails and showroom walk-ins, and directing them to the appropriate parties.

Data & Account Management: Maintain and update company databases

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer facing or administrative role.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Competency with Microsoft suite. (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook etc.)

• Competency with Adobe Acrobat.

• Ability to work independently and proactively.

The role is 5 days a week Monday to Friday
