Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as Client Support Admin / Accounting Assistant. This position will be responsible for providing support to our clients & external accounting team. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organisation skills, and the ability to follow up on matters, and will include a mix of administrative tasks and client communication.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Handling client calls and emails, responding in a timely manner.
- Provide timely and professional responses to client questions regarding invoices, payments, and account status.
- Collaborate with the team to research client superfunds.
- Prepare and distribute reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
- Organise and file financial records, ensuring compliance.
- Coordinate follow-ups with clients to gather required information or documentation.
- Support the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other accounting reports.
- Collaborate with the internal and external accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
- Provide general assistance with the processing of all administration tasks.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field or currently pursuing the degree (not mandatory).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
