As a Business Admin, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the company, ensuring smooth administrative and business processes. You will work closely with the sales team to assist in marketing, client communication, data management, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Manage daily administrative tasks, including document filing, data entry, and report preparation.

Schedule meetings, prepare meeting materials, and take minutes.

Maintain office equipment and supplies to ensure an efficient working environment.

Client Service and Communication:

Assist the sales team in communicating with clients, handling inquiries, and scheduling appointments.

Follow up on client needs, ensuring information is updated and relayed to relevant teams.

Address client complaints or issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Marketing Support:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline.

Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, email content, and social media posts.

Manage company social media accounts, post content, and track engagement.

Assist in analyzing market data to support the sales team.

Data Management and Analysis:

Maintain and update client databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Assist in organizing and analyzing sales data, generating reports to support business decisions.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing relevant reports.

Financial and Operational Support:

Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, bill reconciliation, and payment follow-ups.

Manage daily expense records to ensure compliance with financial processes.

Help optimize internal processes to improve operational efficiency.

Team Collaboration and Support:

Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth cross-departmental communication.

Assist in onboarding new employees and related administrative arrangements.

Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors to support overall business objectives.

Requirements:

Mandarin and English are required

Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience; real estate industry experience is a plus.

Marketing background is highly preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Detail-oriented and highly responsible.
