The Role

As a Senior Associate in our Corporate & Commercial team, you will be involved in:
• Asset/share acquisition, disposal and merger transactions
• Shareholder, unitholder and partnership agreements
• Corporate governance and compliance advice
• Structuring and restructuring of companies
• Joint ventures and strategic cooperation
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all forms of commercial contracts
• Licensing, supply and service agreements
• Hotels, pubs and clubs – acquisitions, disposals and operating advice
• Sports & Entertainment – individuals, governing bodies and organisations
• Medical and dental – medical, dental and allied health professionals
• Tourism and transport – advice and transactions
• Intellectual property and protection
• Lending and security arrangements
