Our client is a mid-tier firm seeking a Corporate M&A Senior Associate to join its team in this growth role.

The Role

In this role, you’ll work with one of the leading capital markets Partners in Brisbane. You’ll work on matters including:

• mergers & acquisitions (both private and public).
• capital raisings such as IPOs, pre-IPOs and secondary raising.
• general corporate and commercial matters.
• share purchase plans, public offers, and rights issues.
• corporate governance and regulatory investigations.

About You

The ideal candidate will be 5yrs+ PAE and come from a corporate law background with experience working on large public and private M&A transactions, excellent attention to detail, strong drafting skills and the ability to work well within teams.
