About us
We are a well established air-conditioning company situated in Caringbah. We have a great office and sales team environment and require an experienced, fun & efficient office administrator to join our team.
Qualifications & experience
- Must be IT savvy and a fast learner, we use industry specific software
- Must have a high attention to detail, be able to use initiative and be flexible with work requirements, covering other colleagues tasks where required
- You will need to be able to work independently and also in a team environment
- Must have an excellent phone manner, you will be constantly interacting with clients and field staff over the phone
- Time managements skills are essential, you will be interrupted constantly throughout the day
- Experience as an Office Administrator is essential
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering phone calls, assisting clients with their inquiries and directing callers to appropriate staff
- Assisting the Sales team with all of their administrative requirements
- Responding to email correspondence, disseminating emails
- Scheduling appointments efficiently
- Ensuring the entire office runs smoothly and efficiently

- This is a full-time position; office hours are 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
