Join a dynamic business with a 50-year legacy in innovative fastening solutions as an all rounder where you'll be the backbone of daily operations while the MD is based overseas. You'll need to be proactive, organised, and ready to take ownership of admin, coordination, and general office support.
Perfect for someone who:
- Has a mechanical mindset – understands basic product details
- Can juggle customer inquiries, sales, and logistics
- Is comfortable with Excel and general computer skills
- Enjoys a no-drama, get-it-done environment
What’s the day-to-day?
- Answer calls & emails, process orders, and organise couriers
- Handle payments, invoices, and stock updates
- Pack and ship orders (1-10 per day, ramping up end of month)
- Handle small operational hiccups (if a machine breaks, call the tech)

- A seasoned worker who is not ready to fully retire but wants a steady, flexible role and enjoys their own company
- Someone who gets things done—no micromanagement, just trust and responsibility.
You’ll be supported by their current office manager, 10 years in the role doing a complete handover showing the ins and outs of the role.
