Fashion Designer – Women's Trend-Driven Apparel

Your Role:

As a Fashion Designer, you’ll be responsible for translating the latest trends into commercial, must-have styles.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design & Development – Create at least five daily designs, refreshing bestsellers and introducing original styles.
• Fabric & Trim Sourcing – Work closely with our overseas teams to select high-quality materials.
• Tech Pack Creation – Develop detailed technical packs with measurements, construction notes, and cost considerations.
• Sampling & Production Oversight – Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs maintain quality and fit.
• Trend Research – Stay ahead with market research, shopping trips, and fabric innovation exploration.
• Collaboration – Work with internal teams to align designs with market demand.

What You Bring:

✔ At least 2 years of experience in fashion design, with a focus on women’s apparel.
✔ A degree/diploma in Fashion Design or equivalent.
✔ A strong understanding of young women’s fashion trends and fast fashion cycles.
✔ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
✔ Ability to sketch and create CADs efficiently.
✔ A proactive and adaptable mindset.
