Are you an experienced IT professional passionate about problem-solving and providing top-tier support? We seek a System Support Engineer to join our client's dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for end-user support and maintenance within the desktop computing environment.
- Assist with troubleshooting Windows 11 OS and desktop applications.
- Ensure timely resolution of service requests based on priority and service levels.
- Provide basic system administration and network support.
- Support and troubleshoot mobile devices as needed.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
- Provision and set up new IT equipment with attention to detail.
- Manage technology asset purchasing, inventory control, and tracking.
- Collaborate on IT projects as assigned.
- Participate in after-hours IT support on a rotating schedule.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a system/helpdesk support environment.
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10/11 in complex business environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Entra in a hybrid environment.
- Office 365 administration knowledge.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Exposure to cloud computing (advantageous).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to remain professional and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Passion for technology and a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
- Strong customer service mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High work standards and accountability in task completion.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to analyze data for effective solutions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Energy and enthusiasm to operate effectively in a high-paced environment.
