About the role

This position will be responsible for maintaining relationships with current contractors and clients to facilitate efficient communication to ensure an effective working environment. You will also be assisting with general admin duties including organising contracts, updating candidate files etc.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn the basics of recruitment with the scope to progress into a consultant position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities

• Frequently speak to contractors and clients including organising face to face meetings
• Provide outstanding service to your candidates, taking a genuine interest in their career aspirations and building strong relationships with them.
• Manage the back-end processes for contract administration.
• Provide general administration support to the management team and consultants.
• Maintain candidate database to ensure that all files are up to date and all relevant documents.
